We eat them practically everyday. they are cute , fit in our hands easily as a bite sized meal for most of us "on the go" in a fast-paced world. chicken Mcnuggets and other forms of deep fried types of fast foods have become permanent fixtures for most us since our early childhood days and a new generation of kids have stared on them as well. So, the question remains ....what's in them. We know that the main ingredient is supposed to be chicken, but is that just it? Investigations by several nutrition groups(International Human Press) have begun to looked into it. You might be surprised. Many of the additives can barely be pronounced with a degree in advanced biochemistry. These include: THBQ or tertiary butyl hudroquin one(1). It is a petrleum derivative of butane often used to make propane. It is used in Mcnugget preservatives. Five grams of the stuff can be fatal. DMPS(Dimethylpolysiloxane). An antifoaming product that helps with its anti-leaking effect .It is a slicon polymer that is the same ingredient found in "silly puddy"! It is a potential carcinogen. SAP or sodium acid pyrophosphate maintains color of the food product after placed in freezing conditions.

The Affordable Care Act May not Be Affordable

A recent paper submitted to the Journal of American Public Health, the premier outlet for the The American Public Health Association looks at how the Affordable Care Act may not really be affordable to Americans. The rising premiums, deductibles and co-pays are just some of the problems mentioned. However there are more serious problems for small business people who have over 50 employees.
